The beauty industry behemoth came to me with a specific requirement. They sought to enhance the capabilities of their Stores' Leadership Teams and Senior Beauty Consultants spread across 20 countries. Their primary objective was to instill advanced communication, people development, and coaching skills in them. The overarching goal was to create a harmonious environment that resonated with the client's core cultural ethos.
Outcome
Post my training intervention, there was a discernible improvement in the managerial proficiency of the participants. This newfound knowledge enabled them to steer their teams with increased efficacy and sculpted a work environment brimming with enthusiasm and motivation – a proper "willing place to work."

PHASE ONE: Defining and Strategy Development

Defining: My journey began with a collaborative working session with the client. This immersive exercise provided me with a vantage point, unveiling the underlying challenges the organization grappled with. Consequently, I could pinpoint and prioritize the specific requirements of the business and its stakeholders.

Developing the Strategy: Using the gleaned insights, I identified the foundational pillars crucial for the training. I then meticulously structured a training blueprint, ensuring it was poised to address the highlighted impediments and align with the desired outcomes.
PHASE TWO: Content Creation
Mobile Course Creation: This segment was marked by creating a dynamic 60-minute mobile training module. I infused the content with a rich tapestry of elements to captivate the learners, which included:

PHASE THREE: Implementation and Communication
