Challenge
The Wine & Spirits industry giant turned to me with an ambitious objective. They sought to develop a comprehensive suite of evaluations covering a plethora of subjects, including storytelling, knowledge of wines and spirits, bartending skills, and specific nuances of the client's brands. The core purpose of these evaluations was to gauge proficiency across various training stages.
